Who are we?
A school with a story since 1999
Francl Pre and Primary School was founded in 1999 as Vumilia Nursery and Primary School, originally located in Sinza. The founder was Ms Mary Lyayuka, whose primary goal was to provide high-quality education and support the government's efforts to educate all Tanzanians without discrimination.
Francl Pre and Primary is a nursery and primary institution that falls under the NECTA Curriculum. It has a lot of experience in providing the best learning environment that accommodates and encourages learning for all children between 2 and 11 years old.
The school has all that it takes to nurture future independent citizens. We have qualified, dedicated, and experienced educators who provide quality teaching and learning.

From Sinza to Mageti

The school begins
Founded as Vumilia Nursery and Primary School in Sinza by Ms Mary Lyayuka.

2004
A new location
The school moved to its current location to accommodate a growing student population.

A pause
Due to various challenges, Vumilia School suspended its services.

2018
A fresh start
After reorganising, Md. Martha Lyayuka Fluhrer re-registered the school in December 2018 as Francl Nursery and Primary School, in Mageti, Ubungo District, Dar es Salaam.
